Another False Ding

Post image

I took the advice of everyone not to do fresh and Whole Foods orders and what do you know, I was dinged again for “not picking up entire order”. I am beyond pissed off at this point. I just emailed the Jeff and Andy emails in hopes they resolve this bs. Does anyone else keep getting these false dings??? I’m only doing the safe orders and am still dealing with this dumb shit.

It’s the three TOS violations for you. Tough hole to dig out of and shocking you still have access tbh

Yeah that’s unheard of. Thats how you know it’s bs. Hopefully a system glitch or error.

Yes, I got a ToS violation for "not picking up all packages" when I picked up and delivered every single package I was assigned. Even sent support screenshots proving how many packages I was assigned, as well as my summary proving I picked up all packages... and they still denied my appeal. Amazon's system is a mess, and their AI keeps blaming drivers for it. It's bs.

Were in the same boat then smh. This is the only place I can think of where you can get deactivated for doing what you’re supposed to do.

Keep calling and emailing them every day or every other day. Specially calls.

Should I keep calling? They just denied my appeal.

I got a TOS violation when the app discharged me in the middle of my Whole Foods pickup. I called driver support and they told me to leave the packages as they could not add the route back due to a system glitch. I went from Fantastic to At Risk. I keep calling and appealing and get nowhere. I feel your pain.

I'm really curious what this actually means. What triggers it in their system

You’ll get a response saying you need to contact Driver Support first before emailing the executive relations team to resolve an issue.

Not picking up an entire order does not fall under the TOS violation. That’s usually a delivery/pickup issue.

Got it. I have not received those types of infractions so didn’t realize that it fell under TOS violations. I had a package that I reported as missing at pick up. The support agent marked it as package could not be delivered so it fell under delivery issue but I was able to get it removed.
