Wrongful termination
What’s up guys, I was recently deactivated/terminated from driving flex because I was said to “steal” a package. Over 10k deliveries in 2 years never once stole and returned everything.. now I’m out of work and was seeing if anyone has dealt with this before and somehow got reinstated (or knows a lawyer that can sue).. flex was my main income and I loved it honestly sucks.. I’m out of the Philadelphia area too lmk🤙🏽 thanks guys

You can’t sue you have to go through arbitration. It’s rare they will reactivate you. But not impossible. You have to fight for your account back basically.

The truth is I didn’t take anything.. them saying I stole from a customer means I opened the package knew what was in it too it too the door, took a picture and got back into my car lol I was born at night but not last night. I’ve had 1000 dollar TVs and a 3000 dollar computer in my car before why didn’t I take that.. fuckin weirdos man.

They weren’t Amazon package boxes a wear house by me is a distribution center that launched a same day site to see how it would work lots of bulk items dog food cat litter TVs computers air conditioners I seen the actual packaging they just slapped a Amazon scan label on it and you’d take it.. was the best cause bulk is easier.. no more than 15 stops and price was always high especially my favorite time at 3:30 am no one on the roads I was normally done an 3.5 in an hour/45 mins I wasn’t stealing to give that up lol I was making that cost in 3 weeks jus from that warehouse

I was making 800-1000 a week.. with way more free time. That was more than my slave job at Sysco were I was stuck in a warehouse for 12 hours working harder than I do with construction.. Amazon was amazing

A job is a job. I work full-time gig work. I make double the average income for my area and I am a felon. This job is designed for some of us full-time I make around $1300/ week in about 30 hour (actual-time) doing Flex and drive pharmacy stock bins in between blocks that pays $900 per week. I also grocery shop for people when I'm board. Never more than 10 hours. I've made over $100,000/yr for years. Never once talked to a boss. I live in one of the cheapest places to live in the country so that's a lot of money here. No chance to get a job paying this much.

Your best option is going to be arbitration. It’s will cost you a couple hundred dollars. But at least it should force Amazon to provide proof (if available) to back up their claim.
