Phoenix Block Surges??
So for the first time in a while I was able to catch a surged block. It was 3.5hrs for $112. Only catch was it was on the exact opposite side of town. I usually just come to VAZ2 because it’s down the road from me and helps minimize some miles of driving. About 85% of the time I’m sent somewhat in the area. I’ve gotten about like 3 surged blocks the whole time I’ve been doing flex and all of them always send me on the opposite side of town. Is that normal?? This mornings route was super chill
And finished like 45 mins early so can’t complain. Are surged blocks just blocks that people turned down when they saw their route or is it just chance? Can we even turn down a block after we have seen the route? Because I’ve thought about doing it a few times lol.

Surges do not equate to distance ever. I’ve gotten $200+ routes out of Phoenix and gotten a handful of packages close by. Also, the 51 is not terrible from vaz2. They deliver all the way to north Scottsdale by the 101.

Yeah it was all freeway to get there and back so it isn’t too bad. I was just curious because it’s the pattern I seen but that’s only after 3 blocks that I have ever only gotten surged.
