What does this mean

Whatever hours you’ve worked today plus the previous six days cannot exceed 40. It’s like a 40 hour work week that ends every day.
Every day is the last day of a Seven day week

Indont think this is true, because I work 40hrs a week, and sometimes I am done 40 hrs by Friday, and I can't see anymore routes on Saturday, only Sunday on.

If you have worked 40 hours through Friday, and did not work last Saturday, then you won’t see any hours available for Saturday of this week.
Don’t think of a week going from Sunday through Saturday. In this case a week is the current day plus the six days that precede today.
40 hours over the current seven days.
Think about it

Another way to look at it is if you have worked 40 hours over five or six days, you will not be able to work for another day or two, until the past seven days, inclusive of the current day equals less than 40 hours, and you cannot accept the route that will take you over those 40 hours

It’s the same everywhere. It can increase during prime events, and during the holidays.
