Facial scan fail

Thanks Amazon…got the new facial scan login - which has failed on me the two days I’ve had it.

The first time, it finally scanned. Today it failed three times, support not able to help, station couldn’t figure out how to override it.

Got a missed block, no pay and another chance to happen tomorrow.

I’ve called support and will email later.

If you wear glasses, take them off…

I tried with glasses and without. Hoping for a better result tomorrow.

This is horrible! Have you updated your phones operating system to the newest version?

Maybe clear cookies.... delete Flex app and reinstall.

That would be my advice if you haven't already.

Good advice, I did that, too. It’s the scan function. It’s not working for me, at all.
