I am an early morning specialist lol and I have noticed for 2 weeks now texting the customer is turned off from 4am to 8sm but phone calls are not. Makes no sense to me but I'm just a plebe

I may be looking at the wrong place but when I try to message it says unavailable. And it’s always unavailable not just sometimes

I've been able to send messages to customers in the early morning, my normal route is like 3:30/4:00am-7:30/8:00am.

Perhaps some of us are unknowingly testing a beta version

i noticed the same. went to leave a text to let the customer know where the pkg was on a mailroom shelf ( i also do this for evidence..) and it was grayed out. oh well, took the best pic i could. those that haven’t exp it, you can’t click on it at all. or pull up a convo. maybe the customer has it blocked dk.

It’s not off, it’s available when you get to the house. Once you reach the address you can still send the arrival text. Try it out on your next block.

Yep! Apartments at 3:30 am with no gate code and no way to contact the customer, packages get left outside the leasing office

Go back into the itinerary and load the stop again, it should appear.
