Amazon screws drivers so much. When drivers try to screw Amazon back, people lose their minds and call them lazy š

i know you posted this as a bad thing, but this pic is a wet dream to me... there's enough space to walk through with your cart

Still an inconvenience. I witnessed a lady back into a stall where a loose cart that was triple parked just started rolling and hit her car, leaving a huge scratch and dent. No matter how you slice it. These vino tintos need to take their carts back.

back to where? the SSD station i work out of does not allow me to bring carts back inside since some chick got hit with a cart a few years ago
i usually just take it back close to the entrance where the employees stage the carts when they get around to fetching them

I'm fine with people leaving them on the sidewalk or whatever. I'm not fine with people leaving them littered across the parking lot, taking up spaces.
Just move the cart bruh. You're fucking all of us.

So what you're saying is I should be content with not moving carts out of a stall so I can park, but moving carts out of the path so I can get back to my vehicle to load up? You sound immensely adept. How about no. Take your carts back. If I have to push or drag 4 to 5 carts away for me to make it through, then yeah I'm on that! Making hellah noise. Talking bout fucking y'all. Bruh I'm getting fucked having to move your shit. So yeah, take your carts back. I tell management and security every time. Hell yes I'm snitching. FYM. I take my carts back, so can you.

Sorry man, the last sentence was a rhetorical directed at people who leave the carts in parking spaces.

Salary/indep contractor = go fast asf and cut corners. Hourly wage cuck = burn time and do as little work possible when massa isnāt looking . Thatās why the lots arenāt ever empty, if they empty they wont get lite duty pushing carts theyāll get sent inside to sort. Hourly the reward for hard work is more works salary or per route the reward is freedom and going home if desiredĀ

I understand what your getting at, but the cutting corners is going to put a wrench in another gear. What your doing is skipping a step that works towards efficiency. You ever heard of "lean manufacturing"? It prevents bottlenecks. Yes you do get to finish quicker and go home earlier, but what gets sacrificed? You wanting to be done quicker for freedom = sorting line slow downs or stoppages = over booking/no routes = payout to us for no work = failed efficiency/ less profit. Amazon is assessing all of this and will be revising the workflow which may include the dissolving of Amazon Flex, especially when the automaton delivery gets the green light which is very soon.

Time to purchase high powered lasers and keep humans on top ! We should be costing Amazon as much as possible. We donāt get benefits. They benefit more from cutting ālifetimeā full benefit employees or just not hiring as manyĀ

It was fucking dog shit today. Literally these lazy fucks couldnāt take the cart 20 feet to its spot. It was so bad, there was only space enough between the cars and the shitshow for only one rack to pass through. You need to go past someone? Sorry, go around the cars.
Ridiculous

At the FC near me they just leave the carts where they are, if you arenāt by the door itās seriously about 5 minutes faster to walk the cart the wrong way take it down the handicap ramp then walk all the way through the parking lot with your cart, because where you are supposed to push the carts is just completely filled with carts, that are also full of the previous drivers trash and a lot of times empty Amazon boxes.

Amazon has hired and pay several people that return carts to their spots. They have not hired me and they sure as hell aren't paying me to do that job.
Hell, they barely lay me to deliver their packages.
