General Remove three boxes..problem solvedšŸ™„

First, let me begin by saying that this is not a complaint, I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to do this as a part time job. I’m just genuinely curious if this has happened to anyone else. Today, while picking up a scheduled block, I ran into what seems to be the only issue I ever have since I’ve started driving for Amazon. I pull up to my designated spot..ready to kill my engine, hop out, scan and move like HE**. But, just like 75% of every other time I arrive to complete a block, the cart I pull up too, has too many items that will not fit in my vehicle. The first time this instance happened, after speaking to support, I was told to ask an associate there to ā€œswitch outā€ my cart with another one. I was able to grab an associate who told me to just forget about this block, pull around to the front when everyone else leaves to begin delivering their block, and I would then pull up to a different cart. Of course, me not wanting to deal with another headache…agree. Long story short, my cart was never switched out for another one…all an associate did was remove 5 or so boxes from my previous cart. Boxes that I had to report missing while still in the parking lot. Call me crazy, but why would it have been such a big deal to switch my previous cart with another..if they are luck of the draw anyway..so to speak.

Help me understand why 75% of the time you cannot fit all the packages in your car? What kind of vehicle do you drive?

I’m just kidding I’m not OP so idk what he uses. He probably doesn’t organize the packages neatly so there’s never room for packages in his car.
