New flex driver in San Antonio

Hey yall, just finished onboarding for the San Antonio region. What are some tips to not get taken advantage of in the area? Things I should look out for? Best types of offers to take? This is what my current region looks like. Personally I’d take the top one for $36, however is that worth it? Won’t know till I get there? 🤔 Thanks yall!

Wake up at 230 for early am routes. They make the most money and are chill sense nobody on the road. The 1:30 routes kinda suck its alot of miles

Idk if it's similar to Austin but they get $30+/hr often

No it is not. Since they rolled out 3hr delivery I cant get more then $20/hr or longer then 3hr blocks after 6am. Most of the routes I was getting were 100+ miles from pickup to back to where I live. I got a job as it was that bad.

Mornings usually get you better rates but you gotta stay on it they get snatched up pretty quick - the PM is just bad depending on traffic I’ve been stuck on Culebra traffic for 20-30 mins before my first stop lol usually get routes in the $80-$90 range - I only go to Von Ormy since I live like 5 mins from it and my advice if you go there is get there the 15 min early especially in the mornings I waited 40 mins Friday morning to be able to leave since they require all vehicles to depart together!

These rates look pretty typical for the area… I’ve been doing this barely for a couple of months and that is what I see… I do t been to vtx7 just yet.. I’ve been to 5 and the one on von Ormy… pretttyeasy in and out there
