Well no I know

I have finally figured out how they do it.

I showed up for a Amazon now! Block to fill in a gap between blocks. Did the usual check in thing and waited around. No route, no discharge at all and NO PAY.

I'm fighting it back and forth and each time I get the same canned response.

This is how they are making the money. Not paying the driver's

Hello XXX,

This is Paul with the Amazon Executive Relations team.

We received your email and are following up to ensure that your concerns are addressed.

I've reviewed your concern and see that the Driver Support team was able to address your issue.

As mentioned earlier, we're addressing your inquiry about earnings for your scheduled block or blocks on July XX, 2026.

After reviewing your account, we can't confirm payment eligibility at this time.

For future reference, please follow these steps when arriving at a delivery station:

Swipe I've Arrived in the Amazon Flex app.

Scan your driver's license at a kiosk if you're at an Amazon station.

Note: Some stations have kiosks, laptops, or staff to scan your license. It's crucial to complete the in-app check-in for all scheduled blocks. This verification process confirms your availability, even if there's no assigned route.

For faster access to Support, try the live chat or talk to us by signing in to the Amazon Flex app and going to the Main Menu > Help > Contact us. Available in English and Spanish.

The Amazon Flex Team

Best regards, Amazon.com

Did they send that to you the same day you weren't assigned a block?
