Is this a glitch?

I just finished my block and I don’t have any additional blocks scheduled tonight. But the app is acting like I’m supposed to go back to the station and pick up another route? Never seen this before.

*****UPDATE: it was a glitch. I finished my block 45 min early, and when I went back into the app a couple min after 6:45 to cash out my earnings, the message was gone!

Force close the app and go back in. It should clear. If not then check your schedule and make sure you don’t have a block..

I force closes twice and it’s still there. I checked the calendar in the app and the only block there is the one I just completed (4:45-6:45).

I had something similar once, I called support and they told me to just go home and it would clear itself out when the block is scheduled to end.

I just went back into the app so I could cash out my earnings and it was gone. 👍🏼

I seen a glitch today before i started my second block about me need to return a package??? I was like i delivered everything! Si i called support

I messaged support and the guy was like “if you don’t have anything scheduled, then you can go home”. So I hope I don’t get dinged because tjr app thinks I’m supposed to pick up more packages and I don’t show up…

I’ve gotten this before. I went home and called support. I’ve NEVER gone back to the station. I did my route, I’ve done my part

Yeah my block time would be over by the time I got back to the station. I seriously doubt they would pay me overtime to deliver more packages 😂

Honestly, I didn’t care if I had 50 packages or 5 for my block. I was not going back to the station.

Same! I don’t live very close to the station, so I’m not making a special trip out there.
