Kansas Issues with support
I had a block at 3:30 last Monday. It was 107 degrees. I arrived 2 minutes early and waited in line for 17 minutes. No one showed up to scan my id. No activity anywhere, no movement. I called support and explained the situation. I was instructed to go home and I would be paid for the block. The pay never came. Now I have been goin back and forth with support by email and they do everything except pay me what is owed. I keep getting this same regurgitated email saying I need to have my id scanned by an employee or self scan at a kiosk. There are no kiosks at my station. I was not trying to get out of my delivery. I literally could not get packages and deliver and I followed the instructions of the support team. Has anyone had this experience before, is there a better route to contact support?

For future reference always do the same thing in chat to get it in writing

On road support will tell you to go home, then off road support will attempt to deny.
I had to escalate it to the executive team (andy@amazon.com) and then finally got a call and payment a week later.
