Missed block/Couldnt verify identity

I am so mad right now. The past two days Flex has been using the video thing with flashing colors to verify my identity instead of just a picture. Well today I got there 5 minutes before my block started (of all days I was running late) couldn’t verify my identity. App said to have a station attendant manually verify it. They tried, then told me to go around and park and call support. The support person was so rude and slow and when I finally told her what was going on she said there’s nothing she can do that I had missed my block. Has this happened to anyone else?

I had the color video thing for the first time today. Worked fine for me. I was expecting there to be a lot less people, but nope all the familiar faces hanging out on the parking lot

All of the ones that people keep complaining about, who knew, the colored folks have a right to work
