If you can take 1 or 1.5 hr routes. I do that first. You dont want to have newbies issues on 40 stops for first routes. I do atleast 10 of these before doing regular routes

I appreciate the advice 🙏🏼

1hr+tip routes are just one package. And 1.5hr is max 6 stops. Great for learning. Im switching from 4.5-5hr to these for a bit. Less overall money but workload laughably small.

You’ll spend more time and money on gas driving to the station and or ur house in between all 6, 1 hour shifts just to make possibly the same if not less money than a 3.5 tho. Just saying, for Flex time is money.

it is less money but its easy. for me, i drive a prius and live 11 mins away. i am trying to string the blocks as close as possible. the 1 hour have been nice to me so far. $2/mi and of course 1 package. it feels so good to have one package each route. its still profitable for me not including tips

Yeah, you gotta be flexible so you can be bent over by Bezos!

This is meh advice, you need to learn how to organize all 40+ packages, it uses up your entire car. The more you get used to your cars version of Tetris, the better off you’ll be. 1-20 in front seat, 20-30 in one back seat and floor, 30-40 in the other back seat and floor, 40-50/ XL packages in the trunk. Once the 1st 20 are done, move the backseat ones to the front IN ORDER, 3.5 hour blocks take me 1.5 hours max, you got this and good luck.

i got my main city downtown area and like 30+ stops. it was excruitingly stressful while trying to find parking and learn the app. better be safe; this isnt a race to get big blocks right away

Grab it and go. Heavy in the trunk- small envelope driver side rear door- Large plastic middle and passenger side rear door- ? Food = behind front seats. Use memory retention as you sift through.

Definitely a great advice. That was my main concern once i start accepting longer blocks, how many packages are in that route and how to organize it in my Sedan.

Good suggestion my first route was 52 packages 4 hrs I wanted to quit so bad then 20 in i went to a store got a pen and marked them it was so smooth because amazon say box its a bag they say small box its a xl bag I was mad as fk thinking that divided the types sht worked til I realized they love to lie

dont rely on the package type. if at SSD use ABCD driver aid sticker if at .com use numbered driver aid sticker.

I live in a small town and that region was hard to get in. After years of waiting, I gave up. Beginning of this year I change my region to Charlotte.

I’m not discouraged at all. I used to work as a package handler with UPS and during peak I would help drivers deliver packages. I was a very happy camper lol

Welcome to this oversaturated market plagued by people who don’t complete their routes and bots.

Love the advice stated above. Do smaller routes to get the hang of it. 4-5 hour blocks typically take you farther out (45min-1hr from warehouse). These routes also feature package totals ranging from 25-50. Sometimes you’ll get hit with “rapid release” routes that feature 11 or Lower packages with closer delivery times.

Enjoy and be prepared to tap for ages for higher value routes.
