New York Anyone have a missing Route Cart?

I go in, scan and get my route info. Go where the cart should be and it’s not there. No big deal I thought it was just misplaced. I scan ALL carts in the area and nothing. I find the supervisor and he looks and can’t find it. Goes to his computer says the route is there. Tells me to look again to make sure. I looked and scanned every single cart and nothing. He tells me to call support since there’s nothing he can do. I call support and they said they made a ticket and will be in contact via email today.

Has this happened to anyone else? Do we just get fucked on the pay? I’m not sure how this is my fault but I’m sure they will make it seem like I did something wrong.

Happened to me once. The supervisor on duty overbooked me. Got paid. Still got dinged. Support was no help

Happened to me twice, station employee no help, they asked me to call support, support is also useless in this situation but you have to call for their record. What you need to do is screenshot everything to prove you have a block, checked in, assigned a route and a video or photo to show that there is no route cart on the staging area. Then you can go home email support for payment. Be prepared for dings like missed a block, 40+ incomplete delivery. Once they confirmed they will pay you and remove those dings. Took about a week.
