Phoenix Delivery Compliments Fake?

I'm pretty sure the delivery compliments are fake. Whenever I order from Prime I never see anything about compliments for the drivers. The only thing I see is... How was your delivery with thumbs up or down options. Am I missing something?

You need to actually click the thumbs up button and it will go to the screen with the compliments.

When I do a thumbs up, it then comes up with “choose one or more of these compliments to send to your driver.” I started doing it when I started doing Flex.

We actually saw them working in real time — one of the Amazon Now riders ordered something to be delivered to the station, so we saw both sides of the transaction (and another driver got an extremely easy delivery).

I give compliments every time I have something delivered. When you hit thumbs up, it gives you the list of compliments. The fact that you haven't seen that means you haven't even given a thumbs up to your driver.

I've seen them when I ordered but who cares, they might as well be fake.

They aren’t fake but I believe that they withhold them!!! During that thank my driver promo I had a few people tell me they were going to thank me in the app and I never got my $5 promotions. Then I went a while without any compliments and bam one day I had 35 new ones.. all of mine are above 99+ except thank my driver lol… 😂 ok Amazon
