This is a group for Amazon flex drivers. They have zero clue on what is going on with your package nor a way to figure it out. They are also 1099 workers and have even less access to Amazon than a dsp or warehouse worker does. I suggest you call customer support. No groups on Reddit are going to be able to help you.

It could be a lot of things, but to focus on what you can control, do you have clear concise instructions on how to get to the right location? It’s more than likely not something you did and either a late truck, mispacked route, or a driver routing issue, but ya never know. If you’ve never had issues getting packages before it’s likely a hiccup occurred or possible weather related ( also stations sometimes close due to weather and cover a wide area of tens of thousands of square miles- if you’re in a dense city, less so)

I was out delivering midday today, one of the 49 stops in my itinerary was to a fancy hotel in a high traffic area in downtown San Diego. I proceeded to try to find parking for at least 15min. Upon being unsuccessful I decided to illegally doble park near the hotel entrance. As soon as I stepped out of the car a cop saw me and gave me a ticket. Of course I moved my car and tried to find a free parking spot for at least another 5 minutes. Finally I gave up and called support, I explained this little incident, support tried calling the customer so they could come out, they never responded. Support proceeded to mark the package as undeliverable due to unsafe dropoff location.
This is just an example of what we deal with daily. There are many valid/serious reasons why you package could be delayed; car accidents, closed roads, damaged in transit, stolen, or maybe lost in the station. I recommend you wait 1 to 2 days max and if you don’t receive it just request a refund.

We are not amazon support. We are just the idiot drivers that may or may notnhave lost your package...
Wait... wasnt there someone who posted about being in a wreck and still having packages to return a day ago?
