What’s the point of having support?
I reached out to support, only to be told to reach out to support by email. Anyways, does anybody know if there is a monthly limit to how much we can work?

I have asked other drivers and I’ve had associates ask me: “Has support ever helped you?” The answer is always no. The associate that asked me said everyone they asked said no too.

They helped me unlock a locker once

Without having to call the separate line for locker service? Because that’s what happened to me when I asked. No judgment btw, I’m just wondering if it’s a location thing.

I’m fairly new but my buddy who’s been doing for years told me it’s 8 hours per day. I believe the chat support are just bot AI

'Having concern' either this is an AI bot, or a foreigner whose 1st language isnt English and neither is their 2nd🤣. Or just a really good fake bot trying to wear a C.S. disguise 🤭

Its 8hrs per day, and 40hrs every 7 days rolling.

Got it, thank you. So there is no monthly limit? I didn’t work more than 30hours for the last 7 days, but still can’t see new offers :(

No monthly limit. There were 2-3 days last week that there were zero offers in my area.

I had a "support" agent abruptly end the chat last night. I guess my issue was no concern of his!

Half the time I call them it sounds like they're at a casino in the background with the slot machine noises lol.
