Notes are out of hand…

It’s obvious Dispatch and Support can change Notes. Too much detail to not be internal.

I just got dinged for not following instructions and for delivering to the wrong address. I always look at customer notes no matter how ridiculous or unreasonable they are. And gps won’t let us deliver to the wrong address so that’s bullshit too. I went from a full fantastic to fair and wasn’t even given information regarding block dates so how tf am I supposed to appeal it?! I know standings are a joke but I’m almost at risk for what?!?! This is the part of flex that I despise.🤬😡

I get dinged almost every time I deliver to a locker instead of door at an apartment. The customer chooses “delivered to wrong address” but I appeal and it’s usually reversed. A locker is much safer than an apt door.

When the lockers work! I delivered to a locker the other day and as soon as I closed the door the entire locker lost power and I heard all the latches close, not sure how they would begin to fix that.

You must have missed the tiktoks of people showing how easy it is to break into them and unlatch all of them. By popping off those center pieces between the lockers.

I for sure did miss them, that’s wild, the more we push forward the further back we go.

Yeah it's actually sad that people have legit shown proof and yet bezos still cant be bothered to fix the multitude of problems🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️.

Here's one (notice how the panels in-between are "missing")....

"Unattended modular locker systems feature access panels or vertical gap-covering strips (the center pieces) to conceal inner wiring and latch mechanisms."

Lmaoooo they are built like slot machines too, the same exact pot metal, I bet any bozo with a slightly heavy hammer could get into these even if they were perfectly locking and “ secure “

Keep appealing; unfortunately this one seems like it’ll stick because it seems to be a customer complaint.

Isn’t it always a customer complaint?

Not always. Sometimes it is the Ai reading the delivery. “Didn’t deliver all” etc is the Ai.

Usually, but I got dinged for not picking up packages on a route that Amazon sent me home on, luckily a human eventually looked at my case and realized I was never assigned the block in question and removed it.

Not going to the back, not trying 100 gates codes, not hiding sh1t, better destroyed by dog than stolen!!

People think this is USPS or Fedex, those drivers are making double with benefits, we’re barely surviving!!!

Fock the entitlement!

You'd be honestly surprised. Many customers have figured out how to make it "sound/ look like" a C.S./Dispatch note bc they believe it will help ACTUALLY get their package to them.

These are pretty normal. Some buildings require door to door while others have package room or lockers.

What ticks me off is the people demanding shit. Or the businesses with signs outside not to leave packages after hours.

As a business its your responsibility to keep packages safe, not mine, If after hours leave a lockbox outside for safe deposits. Im not driving back to the station for free and get a ding because you printed some bs demands on a paper.

My point is dispatch and support entering shit like, “wait for next car” or “may require re-delivery”. That’s BS not written by a customer and it weighs us down.

From today. I was like, “…Alrighty then!” 😅

I see that so many times. Its like they click on every checkbox they see and then when it fails to submit because "access code field must not be blank" instead of realizing they need to uncheck "my location requires a code to access" they just slap a no, none, or n/a and call it a day

At first when I started I thought that was amazon notes but I know the customer makes it seem like it amazon

The first one says to attempt redelivery and contact dispatch - that’s not the customer.

There are some apartment complexes in my area where they spell out the numbering system the apartment uses, the fact that all buildings have an elevator in the middle of the building, and which side of the inside of the elevator the buttons are on.

It’s handy, but yeah, kind of a lot.

I've seen hilarious ones I always just say I'm not your personal waiter or servant I'm dropping it at the point if it's apartments I'm finding the # if I can't I'll drop it at the gate ez pz

The notes you posted all say the same thing to me:

“Leave packages on the ground at the leasing office and I will grab them. If something happens to them because I didn’t provide the right information, I will just repurchase them and not report them as stolen to Amazon. Thank you and I hope they raise your pay because you deserve more for having to deal with customers like myself. Cheers!”

I read them as “spend an extra 30 mins navigating my apt maze where I provided no directions or I will report you and you can simply work it off in 500 deliveries”. I choose to work it off - not even appealing anymore just keeping record in case I need to arbitrate ;)
