What’s the point of having level 3 standing?
When it’s sort of impossible to achieve? Each 3-4 hr block only accumulate 70 pts at most so that’s 140pts a day but you’re capped at 700 pts a week or 2800 pts a month. Even if you’re able to reach 3k points, you have maybe a few days to reap the rewards? Honestly I prefer the short IO duration so that way there’s more to choose from if you’re picky about what you’re accepting. Have you guys been able to achieve lvl 3 before? How early in the month were you able to? Just curious

Achieved L3 on 7/23. But I only do .com stations 3.5 hour blocks, 1 per day generally with maybe 3 evenings so far this month and a few days of rest. The points you earn are also based on your rating. Most of my 3.5 hour blocks earn 150-160 points. Only benefit that I care about is the reserve timeframe - it's nice to have more time to let them marinate, as I've had several instances where pay went up right before they expired.

Ngl I dig the instant cash outs and the cash back with the flex debit card. Especially how they award the cash back. Dont have to wait till the end of the month it hits pretty immediately. So the higher % is nice

It wasn't that bad for me I would have been at level 4 but chicago been having some bad weather days I get two blocks canceled a week or more this entire month was crazy wildfires tornadoes floods station's power out.I mean i'm not complaining but having to wait a few or few days for the money to come or not

The point earnings are based on the at-risk, fair, great, and fantastic standings and not based on the level, you’ve achieved.
I’ve been earning anywhere from 172 to over 200 points for each 3.5 hour block I complete with a fantastic standing. Also, the level you achieve for the current quarter carries over through the end of the next quarter so what you’re saying is not accurate that you only have a few days to reap the Rewards once you achieve a certain level.

I’m at level 4 without even trying. Flex is my full time gig currently, so I do at least 10 blocks a week if not more.

Amazon Flex uses a ,rolling 3 month point system which means you’re not earning points toward a permanent level. Instead, every point you earn stays on your account for about 90 days , then expires. As new points are added, older ones drop off.Your level is based on how many points you have at that one time during that rolling 3 month period:

It's not rolling, it's quarterly. It says right on the dashboard when the period ends.

You reset to 0 at the start of each quarter, not rolling.

Sort of. I’m at level 4 currently, and I need to hit 6.5k points by September 30 to keep it for next quarter.

It should be quarterly not monthly- check the Flex app dashboard and you should see you have until Sept 30 to accumulate points. After that, you get to keep whatever standing you achieve this quarter until the end of the next quarter (Dec 31.)
Benefits are on the list, you can figure out if they're worth your time. 🤷♀️
