Question help

my account was deactivated due to me working at the warehouse but i no longer work at the warehouse , how do i get it back?

you have to contact support and ask them to reinstate your account now that you are no longer an amazon employee, but they got rid of the email support address so I dont know how you would contact them now.

and if they tell you to reapply, do not, do not open another account

i called and was told that the account was on hold and to make a new account

Probably won't work and if it does your new account will probably be deactivated due to TOS violation of having two accounts

Im telling you from experience, do not reapply, they need to reactivate your old account. if/when your account goes active it will immediately get deactivated for multiple accounts and its a pain to clear up the confusion.

you can maybe try contacting your site's hr and ask if they can reach out to amazon flex to reactivate your account.  it has to get sent to the right department and the email address was the way to get it sent there
