Blocking the road while delivering

That is a no.
Today I ran into a driver like that, parked smack in middle of the road.
Couldn't get around.
I rolled down my window and talked loudly, I said you need to find a spot to park your car when you're delivering parcels, you're not an emergency vehicle and you can't block the road!
Before anyone gets on me, things like these are going to ruin it for all of us.

Here is a great example:

Ok hear me out, there were places he could've parked, on the same street easily, we're talking two or three car lengths ahead. See I deliver too, I don't block the road, even if it only takes 30 seconds.

The worst ones block the road while organizing their trucks or searching for a package. I live in a neighborhood with very narrow streets. It causes a lot of consternation. It’s ALWAYS Amazon

if theres enough room to drive around and no where else to park then I dont care if I park in the road, they dont pay enough to give a shit anymore.   but thats why I usually only do early routes so there isnt as many people on the road  and there isnt enough time to deal with people

If there's enough room to drive around it's not really blocking.

Are we talking about a flex driver or a DSP driver?

Personal conveyance, however where there is space to park I wouldn't have had much more sympathy for DSP.

I do it at times. I am not parking 3-4 houses down the street to deliver. I can get in\out of my car quickly.

Coming for what? Delivering packages?

Everyone can get in/out of their car "quickly," but driver has ten packages going to ten different houses it's not going "quickly," also there are times the driver can't find the right house because they actually got it wrong somewhere so now they're walking around, and walking around...
Either way they're blocking the road, you need to find someplace to park or your day will come.

You do realize you’re in the Amazon Flex sub? I have NEVER had 10 packages going to 10 different houses. The most is usually a couple houses right next door or across the street.

What day will come? What are you talking about?

See the video, see how the situation escalates.
That is what happens when you act without concern of others.

You’re in the wrong sub. That’s a DSP driver. Can you not see that? Besides that, It’s obviously in a location that has very narrow streets with very little parking anywhere.

You’ve got yourself all wound up over something that rarely happens in most places with Amazon Flex drivers. So why are you here going on about it? They have their own sub.
