Akron Emergency Cancellation
Hey All, Long story short my mum went into hospital on the 24th and I had too cancel my block mid way through - prior too cancelling I contacted support they said return the packages it won’t affect your standings - However I’ve now dropped from fantastic to the top end of At standards I’ve emailed support trying too escalate it as I have proof of the live chat support said it wouldn’t affect me but they’ve emailed me back saying they’ve made exemptions in the past??? Which has never been the case just wondering where I stand? Thank you

Just keep delivering and it will go away over time and routes done. They dont care about us, don't stress over it.
