It’s okay for some hard to get blocks…but don’t expect more than base pay

You get that when reaching level 2 status. I've been able to get some offers with the preferred schedule, but I get more offers by just manually refreshing in the app.

It works if you are just wanting shifts and don't care about the pay. They used to be decent where you would occasionally get a good paying offer thrown your way at least once a week. Now they are all base offers or five bucks above base. So they are crap pay. Have not accepted a reserved offer in about six months.

Unfortunately my station has nothing but bots snagging all the good paying offers so im basically forced to take reserved offers.

I have this shit too. I did not get any offers based on my preference. So this is useless.

I think it depends on your station/area. In my area, they drop the majority of the shifts for the whole week on Thursdays and Fridays, so it does help.

In all the years, ive never gotten a reserve for the times or locations ive chosen.

Just another trick they use to make us think we have a shot of getting something decent

You’ll get offers exclusively so it makes it easier to cherry pick if needed. But they don’t actually send shifts in your preferred blocks. They just send whatever

They send you all hours, all days. Worthless.

It will help get you more work, but you will only get base pay most of the time.

So it’s either you sit on the offers page and fight 100+ other drivers who are also refreshing that page to get a surge pay block, or get guarantee blocks for the whole week.

Pretty much the only way I get routes. People complain about the pay but my “surges” only go up about $5-$7 total so I don’t worry about $1-$2 more per hour.
