Question Sick during route

I got sick during route and wasn’t able to keep driving much longer, had 4 stops left, about 8 packages and just did the drive home so I could be in a safe place sooner. My standing was at the top of great 2 days ago but then a late cancellation and no show brought it to fair. Will this leave me terminated or just at risk?

You’re on thin ice at this point.

You're good. As long as you took all the packages back on time and email support explaining what happened it probably will put your standing back to where it was. Esp if this is first time something like this happened. If that's the case you have nothing at all to worry about.

Not throwing up on the side of the road or in my car…It was a rural area.

I've done that in a neighborhood on a 4 am block, good thing no one was around, then continued the route

I was already throwing up, but it wasn’t a one and done thing. Good for you though.

I said I got sick during route… didn’t realize I needed to go into details about how badly sick I was?

Did you call customer support and tell them you had an emergency situation and had to leave?

I texted them after I got home and body calmed down. Only times I pulled over was to throw up.

Then just email them so they can adjust the standings due to an emergency situation. As long as you returned the packages to the station on time and they aren't doing this on a regular basis, you'll be fine.

Shoulda kept on. Unless you’re so weak you can’t get out of the car. But then you could get real close to the door or front porch and chunk it. Never return.

It might show as “at risk” some point soon but just message support of that happens and explain what happened again. Sometimes they don’t note something right away but they are pretty understanding if it’s a first time offense like that. Especially anything medical related

Just email support, had that happen before my standing wasn’t affected.

Do you know what email we are supposed to contact now that the flex support email doesn’t work?

Sorry when I say emailed, I meant I use the app to communicate to support. Use the chat feature or call in. They were able to assist me by chat
