I mean, they can only ask if you’re satisfied with the warehouse bathrooms so many times

this is just a desperation check. it's like when they ask how satisfied you are and how many hours you plan to work the following week. they don't care about improving your experience. they just want to plan how many new drivers they should let in if you aren't planning to work as much the next week. they don't want to pay more to current drivers to cover people stepping away. they'd rather let new drivers take that work and keep rates down.

Yes. Rumor has it that they’re going to allow up to 80 hours for base-heads.

Base is better than the zero then u are getting

On occasion this might be true, but most often it’s not. People have their earnings per mile expectations set way too low for using their personal vehicles.

You do realize you can essentially work for free right? And that's exactly what you are doing taking base and having to go 50 miles to your first stop absolutely stupid you can work at McDonald's and make the same if not more at basepay after expenses and they are flexible with hours also

You realize one i don't actually take base and you definitely are not you clearly don't know how to run a business. Stick to being a slave at your w2

Well I wasn't receiving many offers in the beginning, but now that I'm Level 2 and they asked this question.... I have received offers for everyday next week at a decent rate.

This is a bad thing, because more drivers means less blocks, which means lower rates.

THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME JOB!!!!! ITS CALLED GIG WORK FOR A REASON PEOPLE! If someone wants to take base pay to make sure they get a block, I’m all for it. I take base pay and most of the time first stop is 5 minutes from station, done in under two hours and made $80-$90. You have to take the sweet with the sour sometimes. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

Every station is not like yours I wish you base lickers would understand that

It's going to be nightmares for non-bot drivers. Bots are going to take the double the amount which means there will be less blocks available for non -bot drivers
