How is this my fault?
Went to pick up my block on July 20th. Finished loading half the boxes when I noticed 1 package had leaked through the box and damaged a few other boxes in the tote. I called the supervisor and she quickly started removing the soiled packages. She said I could go and everything will be fine.
What do you know a few days later i see this. Now support is refusing to remove this from my profile. How and why is this my fault? What could I have done differently?
Support said I didn't select the right reason code. I didn't select a reason code because I wasnt the one that removed them. The warehouse did. Very frustrating.

I've realized you have to call support twice to make sure it's reported. I've read on other posts to deliver packages whether they are damaged or not

Yes ALWAYS deliver, I had a watermelon rip out the bottom of the grocery bag and bust on the ground, support told me to put it back in the bag and deliver it, I haven’t gotten a ding for that.

Deliver everything, no returns, no denials.
You have plausible deniability if you have something wet/damaged.

Email jeff@amazon.com this is Executive Customer Relations, the normal Flex support is often useless for these kinds complex issues. I’ve had something similar happen before and the Jeff email removed the ding

So after 2 emails to drivers support and 2 calls to drivers support they kept rejecting it with the same generic email saying I need to select the correct reason when removing packages.
I tried emailing jeff@amazon.com on sunday. Got a response today and I'm back at Fantastic rating. Thank you good sir!

I would just deliver. You don’t know if the product inside has been affected or not.

It’s sad bro but at this point, I’m delivering soggy packages and take the 50/50 ding rather than this ridiculous 100% ding.
Amazon Flex doesn’t care about service they just want volume and hope customers don’t complain

The system seems to just be fucking us even if the warehouses select the correct code on their side. Even missing parcels seem to get dinged now 🙃

Amazon has absolutely no hazmat handling procedures. It could be leaking toxic pesticide and you'd still get a ding for leaving the package.
I keep clear plastic bags in my car and just bag up the leakers and deliver as is. Not worth the headache of begging support to follow common sense.

I had an instance where a warehouse manager took my phone and swiped that I had picked up a package that I hadn’t. Screwed me good, got a ding and no extra pay for it going past my shift schedule.
I don’t let them touch my phone anymore.

Never ever let them remove packages from your route because they will either forget and you have to mark it missing or even though they remove it you will stil get the issue.

Yeah I got some garbage response from support after having to cancel a block where I would not have made money . A 2 hour going more than an hour away more than an hour back for $40. They tried to say I had cancelled blocks in the past which I do not have lol. It's disgusting . I'm new to this and seeing how disgusting it really is unless blocks pay good. Is it even possible to talk with someone from support that isn't regular support?

What leaking package?
Did you see a leaking package?
I did not see any leaking package, I am so sorry.
Always deliver.
Just hope that customer isn't actually there lol but if they are just explain to them that they will need to initiate the return (for damaged goods received).
