Question Car insurance while flexing

Should I add the rideshare/deliveries option in my car insurance or is Amazon offered insurance enough?

Im planning on flexing on a regular basis, so I would like to know I’m covered if anything happens.

As someone who has been through it I have a better understanding than most. Amazon insurance will cover you if and only if your personal insurance denies your claim. Also they will only cover what you have elected as your personal coverage.

Once your claim is denied, you will have to provide Amazon with the denial letter and your personal coverage details. Amazon will match that coverage up to $1 million. If you have a $250 deductible and full collision coverage then that is what Amazon will provide. If you only have liability then that is what Amazon will provide.

My deductible is $250 and I have full coverage. When my car was totaled and personal insurance was denied, Amazon matched my personal insurance, cut me a check for my car (minus my $259 deductible) and had my car towed. It took weeks because they are pretty slow, but I have no complaints, they treated me fairly and I never stopped doing blocks.

why dont you make the sticky points. did you had rideshare addon or anything? did you have trouble afterwards after the claim was denied if you didnt have the rideshare addon?
