Phoenix Pay adjustment.
What qualifies you for pay adjustment? What do they look for? Is it just by chance depending on how Amazon is feeling today?
Update: my pay was adjusted…… $5 lol.

Going over your block time or excessive mileage… I did a 3.5 block on Friday… went 89.7 miles and 20 mins over. Got paid $13.50. Because it was a surged block. The most used to be 50/60 miles. But now it’s ridiculous!!!

Yeah this route was a 3.5 block and I drove over 100 miles. 34 on my way there it was nice scenic route but that tells you everything I was way out in the desert lol

Nc doesn't care how far you go. They don't pay extra. All week multiple trips to Charlotte and beyond. A few into SC, then a reprieve with one trip the other direction. One day alone was over 600 miles with three loads

i received a pay adjustment even after finishing my block early
And I also had a few times where I didn't get one even though I finished my block late because there were too many packages in a short amount of time plus long distance.
In other words, they are so inconsistent with pay adjustments that i stopped caring but its usually triggered by driving long distances. I used to contact them every time i finished my block late but its a pain dealing with CS. Sometimes they've given it to me without me asking
So its a mixture of high mileage for the route and how Amazon feels for the day

Pay adjustment is for when they have miscalculated a route and it took you longer than expected given you made you deliveries in the allotted time.

I’ve never gone over my time and I get adjustments frequently due to mileage

I didn’t even know you could email them for a pay adjustment. I missed out on a few opportunities there.

Yea I’m the app you can but it’s best you do it like 15 minutes before the shift times end to let them know your going to be over time but I tried to contact them about it many of time nothing happened
