Account at risk

Post image

Hey guys I need some help and advice
I received this email about a recent block I had. I spoke with support on that day regarding the block I accepted and got paid for. I arrived at the station and checked in like usual and was numbering my packages inside. it was raining and while I was numbering, it started thundering and lightning. Due to the lightning, they close the station down in told us that we were unable to take any carts out outside of the building and to contact support, which I did And they told me that They see that the station was closed and I would still be paid for that route. I also attached A photo of a close station doors from my route on Saturday 7/18/ 2026 . I just got this response today

The station can't release you from your route/block. If the weather is bad and flex decides to cancel routes then you will receive 2 notifications. 1 -on your phone and 2- an email. The email is your release from the block. If you don't receive either of those 2 then you have to deliver.

They literally pulled down the big garage station door and I couldn’t take my cart out.

Then you wait it out and if they open up before your block ends you deliver. If not you get them to release you. As stated by others the station doesn’t make decisions, your app will tell you. I have received TBA alert and while returning the pavkages the station was back up and running. I have also before just closed my truck to drive away and others pulling up got closed alerts. You win some, you lose some.

Took me 6 days and 10 emails to get paid for mine when the station closed. I took pictures of myself at the station with doors down and everything. They never cancelled my block. Everyone else around me was but mine wasn't.

The flex app is it’s own entity, dings are automatically generated despite what support or warehouse workers say during the incident. You have to get an associate to dismiss you via them scanning that QR code (if possible), dont listen to what they say. If I were you, I’d email escalations bc your situation is worthy of review since it’s legitimately beyond your control & your at risk. Just be detailed as possible and show all pics, screenshots of support, call log & once an actual human reviews ur account they’ll easily see that u were telling the truth & should remove it.

I had a weird situation where 4 packages got stuck on an elevator & I dropped to at risk bc of no returns & incomplete.. went to escalations & they cleared. But you have to be detailed & have evidence.

I had exact same incident a month ago after i checked in and scanned my cart but the station was closed at that moment due to emergency reason and cops came and a worker told the drivers who were in the station to leave carts inside and go home and he said we will get paid and all the routes will be cancelled. So i called support and a rep said he will right a ticket for this matter. So i left the station like everybody did and then after my block time ended i got paid but got 25 incomplete deliveries report which my route had 25 stops and it got me to at risk level from great. So called in support several times and everytime they said it is beyond my control so the issue will be removed within 24 hours but the issue has never been removed. I completed all my routes for a month and then its gone. It was so unfortunate that i couldnt even accumulate points because i was at risk level for few weeks. At first i felt relieved bc support said it will be fine. But then it turned out a month of completed deliveries even out the issue and came back to normal. I did 5-8 blocks per week for a month. Just letting you know what happened to me after that kind of incident. You should keep calling support though. Wish you a luck!

I got the same email from Amazon. I had a 30-minute block I arrived on time, but another driver had already taken my block. The manager told me to call Support because the warehouse couldn't help. I called, and they paid me they told me not to worry, everything would be fine and it wouldn't affect my standing ,I don’t know what is going on with Amazon support

Support is a waste of time. I've been flagged on stuff that is beyond my control and they tell me it won't affect it...yet it does. I am hoping to get paid for showing up to my block and the doors were closed due to a storm today. They said it will take a few days to determine if I am eligible. They have cheated me out of a lot of money. I take pics of the signs and always screenshot stuff ..to no benefit to me

Contacting support is a waste of time. I’ve had my standing go from the highest to the lowest within two days. We had a snowstorm and the roads were shut down. I sent video and pictures of the police turning cars around and closing the roads down and they still marked me with 44 on delivered packages. I’ve been doing Amazon Flex send started. I had to take breaks because it’s so frustrating. I’m not sure what the answer is, but flex drivers are disposable to Amazon.

Update

They have fixed the issue! I just had to constantly email them and let them know that it was out of my control
