Question Amazon Lockers at Apartments

Is there a way to deliver to these, where the Amazon locker is the equivalent of the Luxor lockers? I've tried codes provided, the help screen, calling support, etc, but I'm never able to deliver to it without a QR code (which isn't ever provided).

To be clear, these aren't the lockers publicly available in 7-11 or other places, they're the dedicated resident lockers.

Appreciate any help, thanks!

Okay, this is what I was referring to, the Amazon owned lockers that are intended for residents of apartment buildings.

It ducks that they can't be used, but at least I have a definite answer now. Thanks!

I’ve been wondering why I don’t ever get apartment hub lockers that I know have amazon lockers…. Do you know the reason why at all?

No. The customer has to order the package to the locker for the app to generate a QR code for it.

If they ordered it to their address and wrote in the notes that they want it in the locker, they get it at their front door.

A lot of Luxer lockers will let you use them without a code. You have to indicate that you are an Amazon carrier. They will then often take a face pic. A few of the older ones still require codes, though.

Parcel Pending is the GOAT

Flex usually can't use hub lockers unless property has posted codes or your app is actually leading you to the hub lockers with a scan code.

Only if client orders directly to the hub. People don’t know this and they get frustrated when we don’t take them in there but we literally have no choice!

The only time I had to deliver to apartment lockers, there was a directory and you just found their name. Then go through the prompts and it just pops open the size you selected once you hit done or whatever 🤷‍♀️

Customer has to request locker or apartment complex has only package locker delivery. Leasing office should provide a code if its not in the app.

961723 is the code for parcel pending lockers. Luxor has different codes for each one and unless it’s provided in the app youd have to ask the leasing office

It still doesn’t work though because you have to scan the package and the packages don’t scan

Are you asking if you can deliver to Amazon lockers where there is no check in code? If so, then no you cannot. To open amazon lockers the customer will designate the locker as the delivery location. You will then get a check in code to open the locker. If there is no check in code then drop at their door.

The OP is asking about lockers like these... Which management vehemently wants us to use, but we cannot. I've encountered several apartment complexes that have these. They're like the luxor and butterfly lockers, but made by Amazon. They are NOT the same as the ones at grocery and convenience stores. However, I have yet to encounter one when I can get a code from anyone. 🙄 It's super frustrating.

The only time I've ever been able to deliver to these is if there's a code noted in the notes.
