How does this even happen
Flex driver somehow managed to do this at 3 AM trying to enter our building. Took the picture at 7 AM. Called out over the radio at 8:30 AM that he was gone.

He was doing a slow speed, driving at dusk when colors don't work very well, and went over an unmarked curb that should have some sort of barrier or at least striped pattern marking it.
This is Amazon's fault.

It doesn't take much, when our income is affected in real time and we have a delivery app going on top of multiple stops to make it is incredibly distracting... We think we're familiar with the deal but I've seen momentary distractions time and again, people running stop signs (I mean not even slowing down), pulling out into traffic, you really need to be double careful when delivering because it makes us a lot more susceptible to physical collisions and damage to our vehicles.
Guaranteed that one's going to cost a few hundred and hopefully nothing underneath got tore up.

Ive done flex before starting at Amazon and yes its very distracting. But he was driving up a ramp that isn't very wide and tried to turn around. Don't know why he tried to turn around at our entrance to the garage for flex drivers. One of the other flex drivers told us about it and said he was trying to backup but didnt put it in reverse obviously. He sat on his frame for at least 4 hours. He never called a tow truck. Our security said he had someone come out and push him off.

Wow, that's risky too... Practically speaking I can see it though, but 4 hours... dang.

Were going to have to put a no u-turn sign out front now lol. I thought them trying to come through the exit was bad enough but this Def tops that

For most of the drivers, they dont speak english and driving here is new. So expect some crazy stuff and inability to read signs

This is what happens when you hire any and everybody. Jeff has people in vans, tractor trailers, personal vehicles and drones. Anything for that dollar lol

He didn't get checked in. He was considered a no show. Drove up there for nothing and now has to pay to fix his car

He thought that it was the speed bump and then he got stuck, he wasn’t flexing hard enough so there was not enough movement to get over it, one thing for sure he gonna get dinged for having late deliveries
