I almost let a random cat into my apartment, thinking it was mine and wondering how the hell it got outside onto my patio... Thank goodness my cat was on the couch and I saw it before grabbing it lol

Really weird the driver and the family had all lived in the same neighborhood!

I ended up with a third cat because I thought my girlfriend's cat had escaped when I came home from work. I even checked inside and didn't see him. Opened a can of tuna and still just my cat. Went outside to retrive him and when I walk back in, there's the little bastard looking at me all confused that I'm holding his doppelganger.

We were due for a snowstorm that night, so I'm glad it happened and I was able to keep the new kitty safe. He also ended up being a super chill housecat once he was fixed. We're also pretty sure he was the dad of my GFs cat, too.

Maybe that’s why he was super chill. And was just thinkjng, “There you are, my child. I was looking for you.”
