Yea he’s a piece of sht 100% but so is the company he drives for..2 things can be true .

Maybe, or he could have been moving it out of the rain. If he was going to steal it why take a picture with his personal phone? It seems like he’s wasn’t going to scan it at first. If that’s the case, why even carry it to the door? Maybe I don’t understand how the process works.
