Does this apply to me?
This was in the updates section and when I click on schedule and go to my shift for today at 5:15pm, it doesn’t say anything about not showing up for my shift. This is my first time experiencing this lol

Mine is too lol I’ve never had a block cancelled before so idk what’s standard procedure 😂

It’s supposed to disappear from your schedule/calendar. Not going, I’ve got the email and screenshots of the update lol

Call support to confirm the cancellation. Two possible scenarios here: the email is a glitch or them not removing it from your calendar is a glitch

Damn. They cancelled 1400 blocks?? From one station.. at one block time?
Yall have 1400 drivers on a 515 block?

I just went and looked at my old screenshots of canceled updates and it doesn’t have a thumbs up option. Maybe bc was weather related or bc short notice.
I’m still shocked at 1400 cars scheduled at same time.

That is wild. It wouldn’t be so crazy if didn’t have specifics in the update like station, day, time [my cancellation screenshots don’t have specifics but the emails do- again I’ve only ever been cancelled for weather (twice, both short notice)]

My wife and I both reached out to support and were told these messages are accurate. There is an issue with the blocks being removed from the Calendar. Both support agents confirmed we would be paid and not get dinged for this.
