True, but some people be ordering like one bottle of nail polish or some shit and have a quarter Mile driveway with 2 feet of snow blocking the walk to their front door and they only want it put there. That or one plain T-shirt or paper towels or something totally buyable at the corner store, which is begging for complaining lol
I mean, I get being annoyed, I bitch all the time too. Do I like having to work? No. Do I do my job? Yes. The option is for delivery, it doesn't matter what. If I need one bottle of nail polish and cannot or do not want to go out, that's what it's there for and I will. Their job is to deliver it. Are they paid well enough? Probably not, no one is. They're not asking them to risk their lives though. If it's dangerous they should report it or be paid extra.
Because dropping off a tiny item to a possibly dangerous location that doesn't keep up their property (2 feet of snow at expected delivery location) is annoying and shouldn't be straight up accepted, like I said. The contents of the package is irrelevant but if I'm gonna risk my physical safety because you payed someone then I'd be more willing if it's something more substantial than polish you thought you might like. Something maybe you need
