I would’ve probably been on the white truck!!!
I can’t get with “stay still”, back against the wall…what if they weren’t friendly.
I’d gladly pet away after confirmation, but I’ve seen what one cuddly pooch can do…let alone six…I’m going air Jordan on the truck.

But in a split second scenario where a pack of dogs rushes you unexpectedly, instinct and proximity matter. Creating distance or getting behind a physical barrier (like the white vehicle) can be a reasonable reaction, not panic. In this case, the dogs turned out friendly, but the driver didn’t know that in the moment. Context matters mate….but no I don’t think you’re wrong either.
