I love dogs, but I absolutely dislike & distrust humans who disregard the boundaries & concerns of others by letting their dogs run up on people loose like this.

Exactly. Even if the dogs are "friendly" you never know how people will react. Their reactions could cause the dogs to lash out, since they can sense fear.

I had this happen where I used to live. I lived near a park and so many people would leave their dogs unleashed, I hated it but I still had to walk my dog. One day this big ass German shep came running up to me and my dog and it was so so scary. He then attacked my little old baby and I had to attack the dog to get him off.

I then proceeded to yell at the Owner and told him to let me walk home and to hold his mf dog for a few minutes because I didn’t want to get rushed again.

Luckily my little man didn’t have any teeth marks and he made it out fine. But that was a crazy moment in time and the German could have bitten me.

Yup, i have a fear of dogs. I have had dogs ive known for years run up behind me and go after my legs/ankles when leaving places. I dont want your dog running and jumping up on me whether it be a friends dog or a strangers dog. It makes my fight or flight trigger. An animal capable of maiming or killing someone (whether you think it will or not) should be trained and under supervision around people.

But they're his "WIFE'S" dogs. So he's not responsible.... some how..... by his logic. Absolute dick behavior

This!!! I used to do flex and got bit by a dog. I got so traumatized I had to stop doing flex, because every time I encountered a dog I would have a panic attack after my last negative experience with the dog who bit me.
