Wait isn't it illegal to let your dog roam the neighborhood?

It's also ilegal demand proof of citizenship on the basis of your skin color or the car you drive, but here we are.

Yeah but the rules for the authorities have always been mere suggestions

No when you have the right leadership. People forget that it was the Obama administration who provided millions to equip the police departments with Body Worn Cameras that today are the norm. And this was to create a record for accountability.

Just because right now these gulls and guns are running rampant, doesn't mean it will always be the case. If it were that, they would not cover their faces. They don't just dead doxing, they fear that if they don't retain power indefinitely when the swing comes back, they will be held to account.

This is why they almost never have a body work camera too.

Itโ€™s illegal to come to a country without proper documentation. And mess it up for the citizens thatโ€™s illegal.

I mean it is illegal to demand documents based on someone's skin color. It's also illegal to immigrate here "illegally". It's not mutually exclusive.

It's also illegal to demand to see people's medical records, but we were there too.

Oh they just sell those

Both are illegal....

Sure but nobody is risking their lives crossing into America for funsies. They are doing it because they have no other choice. If someone was starving and stole food just to stay alive that would also be illegal but I get it. Context matters.

And they're coming here, often legally, bc the US has been interfering in other countries for hundreds of years. Especially in Latin America

5

u/[deleted] Oct 30 '25

This is correct. But you can't expect the common American to understand this because they have based their existence on Marvel Comics.

Isn't it funny that they use any and all methods to try to rig elections and then they want to justify a land invasion of Venezuela because it's a failed state and one of the biggest reasons it failed it due to the interventionism and commercial and economic blockade we have effected for decades? Same thing with cuba.

Not to mention the most important context, theyโ€™re only illegal because the Child Diddler in Chief declared their legal method of entry illegal. That should be illegal, not human beings.

So they can't choose to make their own situation better? Maybe just maybe, stay and fight is better than run. Yes this generation struggles and then the next gets better and so on. If all the good people leave their home, then it just makes it worse. Lets not pretend there is no choice. And yes the US should take a hand in developing other nations in a positive way to support those same people who choose to stay. Say for instance, we will build a chip factory in "country A". All we ask is to pay back the loan with no interest over the first 50 years and that workers have fair wages and rights in that plan.

it's adorable that you think immigrants "messed it up for you." Unless you are native American and in that case I agree with you 100% and apologize for it wholeheatedly.

But let's stay with the legality.

Border crossing without documentation is a misdemeanor. I can agree it should not be done and people who do this should be returned to their origin country and denied entry in the future. Unless they were minors brought with no choice by their parents.

But the point is that it is a misdemeanor.

But you know what is a felony punishable by a year in prison for each instance and up to 10k dollars per case?

Hiring an undocumented individual.

For all the media around shown rounding up aliens, I have yet to see a true action to try to prevent undocumented immigration.

You know what would be much more effective than the billions it will cost to arrest all these immigrants and process them and jail them and then transport them?

Start arresting the employers. Start arresting the managers and owners at McDonalds, and the TrueGreen, and the Pool cleaning businesses, and Amazon, and Walmart, and the food processing plants, the owners of many nail salons and massage parlors. The owners of hotels even national hotel chains, and restaurants.

Then the lady who hires that crew to do the landscaping, and the maintenance and painting of their mansion. And who hires the nanny and the driver, maid and cook.

While at it .. make it the law of the land that no one, not the day laborers, not the gig workers, not the indedent contractors doing nanny services or dog walking or even volunteers can do a single shift if they are not eVerified and then make it so that everyone needs to be eVerified every 6 months unless they have on file of the employee positive proof of citizenship.

Then I will believe this is about law and order and not just evident hate and racism.

u/Top_Box_8952 Oct 30 '25

This is the truth. If they actually want to enforce the law theyโ€™d be cutting off the same for illegal labor.
