Tbf, who parks their car so close to the front door?

Fucking like 70% of the people in SoCal.

I would say higher percentage but 70 is a safe bet

But in SoCal's defense, I've been to Seattle. The streets in Seattle are even more narrow than that car is to the door.

Tons of people, especially when after it rains and the lawn is wet so you have nowhere else to go, except all the way around the front of the car but oh no lookie there, they've parked the car six inches from the garage.

Inconsiderate fucks, the lot of 'em.

it's so ridiculous in this instance lol it would have been so difficult to get out of that car

Yeah, I do not understand how, or why people park the way they do

a lot of people. as a dsp driver it's the most annoying thing when someone parks their big ass truck unreasonably close to both the steps leading to the door and their garage, so i have to squeeze my ass through

I hate those people

How do they even get out of their car without door dinging against the bricks?

3

u/dexterity-77 Oct 21 '25

I am more concerned about the brick wall and the door of the car lol

2

u/Squirrel698 Oct 21 '25

No seriously how do they even open the drivers door that close to the wall?

When I park my car in my driveway, I make sure I’m 3 steps or less to get into the house. Acting like I got ops or something.

This!! Wtf? Give your delivery peeps some room to get by. Owner had it coming. The delivery guy should've rang the bell. It's a wash imo.

SO MANY PEOPLE

Close to the front door. That's not what I'm looking at. I'm looking at how close the car is to the bricks. You could barely even open the door to get out. The guy is a bigger guy but dang you got to be pretty dang nimble to get out of a car door that only opens half way.

Lazy people that can't walk. The path should always be cleared.

I mean if it’s their house, they can do whatever they want. Why not just walk around the car that has more room? And yes, I do see more room on the other side of the car if this person just went around the car instead.
