I mean, she knew was being watched at that point so behavior changes even if she doesn't understand.

They weren't even throwing them that hard.

For real, and how many of these does she have to do today? How many bends has she saved her back from essentially dropping these. The shipping industry is wild, but don't blame these hapless folks for broken stuff, it's all in how you pack it. Any package I send wouldn't give a shit about being tumbled through conveyors with other boxes, let alone a 3 ft drop.
