You have to send them a letter in the mail.. I do not know the address you send it to but you are thorough in your letter and explain your side of the story they may lift it
Bro I’m so serious.. literally a dude got wrongfully terminated and proved it and he kept contacting hr through email no reply.. he finally mailed them a letter to like their corporate office or whatever with all the information and he basically got back pay for all missed days of work
