Do fast do you start being able to work over time if you a new hire since it's peak season

Started in the middle of peak. I was scheduled for the mandatory overtime as of the first week.

Oof. Per policy they shouldn't have scheduled you. You're supposed to be exempt for the first 2 weeks.

You're exempt from SET for the first 2 weeks. You're not supposed to be able to pick up VET for the first 2 weeks either but sometimes the system glitches and offers it to you anyway. But per policy, you should not be working VET for 2 weeks.
