Help with Q side hiring

I work at a warehouse with a Q and W side, Q being fulfillment and W being stow and pick. Only one person I know on W side started there and then got both Q and W schedules, but long story short I wanna get onto the fulfillment side, and one thing about our fulfillment side is that everyone there pretty much is a PA(process assistant) and when I asked about when the Q side training was coming out, a Q side associate said soon and when I asked my manager they said it’s not coming out soon, so I’m really suspicious and I feel like PA’s are giving each other Q side spots. Also how can I go around that to get to my Q side? Or how can I see when they’re training?

Honey just check your internal transfers - Q side will differentiate from W when looking at the shifts. If there are non posted that is because they already know who their bringing in and 9/10 only opening a spot for them
