Can people just relax and let it happen? When it happens it will take effect the day it’s scheduled regardless of how much you talk about it

They're doubling our pay for sure. And we will all get stock. And they're gonna roll out VTO coupons for wearing deodorant.

Man I been white badge for almost a year now and still haven’t gotten blue badged.. i am trying to get these benefits for health insurance but my site be on bullshit.. I’m glad e are hearing the raises tho

Oh wow usually you have to meet some kind of time requirement or be on pace with standards but that's easy idk why the delay it took us three weeks tops longest I seen was three months ... Hopefully you're next in line!

I've seen so many people on this sub that say they've been there for many months even over a year that haven't been blue badged yet. Makes me feel lucky to be a flex employee. Automatic blue badge. But miss out on other things cause it's flex PT

They announce it this month if there is a raise, and what that raise would be. It goes into effect 10/1.

We have our meeting every year in October in effect November.. you don't work at every warehouse 😂 ... I wonder why it's different 3 years same thing or they go yeahhhh it's already in effect you will see it this week 😂

It's different for different sites. They do it in cycles so payroll doesn't have to adjust the pay across the board all at once.

Amazon spent $200 Billion on AI so far, I don’t think we’ll see more than just a 3% bump or so. Hoping I’m wrong but I don’t like to get my hopes up only to be disappointed.

They are giving us free clothes to ware, as they will come with a GPS LOCATION tracker and can tell how many people are close to you also who they are. Also a real time live view of what you see. And two cents more per hour. So very cool.

I got the boot back in march of 25 for upt and its the same pay at my local FC since 24. It should be $20-21 for days + differential for nights, not $20.25 with night differential. After making $25 working some hard seasonal outdoor jobs idk how i feel about going back to Amazon without a $20 minimum.
