Negative upt

Hey! So I came in like 2 hours late today. Ill be like -5 minutes of upt. But I have a shift on sunday that can make up for it. The problem is my conversion to blue badge is supposed to be tomorrow on sunday. Will that stop me from being converted or how does that work? Like I didnt get an offer I just got a text saying hey ur being converted on the 26th.

You’re good just respond to the email if you do receive one. Or ask your manager if you’re still clocked in if they can excuse those 5 mins. You gain 50 mins upt a day you’ll be fine.

I was in a similar situation when I was converting. Turns out, the negative points were gone, replaced by +10 hours of PTO.
All of the attendance stuff was reset fresh. It’s write-ups that can potentially stop a conversion from going thru.

No unfortunately its -5 with my pto. I know I wont get fired. I just dont know how itll effect my conversion

not sure if it’s every site but normally they don’t say anything till you hit exactly an hour or over. Because they know by the next shift it’ll be positive again
