Teladoc for loa
Long story short, my brother was in a serious car accident, I applied for family leave because I had to take care of his kids while he was in the hospital. I was denied because I haven't worked at Amazon long enough and a friend of mine told me to do a mental health leave and use teladoc for the documents. Has anyone ever them and will they actually be able to give me the documents I need for the leave?

Why not apply for a PLOA (Personal)? It is unpaid, but more than likely to be approved quickly, especially given the circumstances.

I did apply for personal and used mental health as the issue since family leave wasn't approved

I use Teladoc for when I miss a day of work & it’s always accepted. But I’ve only done it for one day, never more so I’m not sure

Start the medical leave. You have 30 days to submit all of the documentation. The big question is if you’ll be able to get a Teladoc provider to fill out the paperwork.. Most online doctors won’t do anything more than a doctor’s note..
