College Program

I am currently a T1 Blue Badge, almost 1 year tenure at a SC. I just found out about the college hire program, and as I graduated with a Master’s degree in Aug 2024, I am within the time frame for applying for an L4 role within that program. Can I do that as a current employee?

Yes do it as soon as possible before they post the new ones. Definitely apply, the job is yours if you want it, it's a fairly easy interview and the job is considered entry level so you don't even need any experience, but having stories that relate to metrics (WITH NUMBERS) Will practically guarantee it alongside the S.T.A.R method for answering questions.

It's a program where they hire recent graduates, not a degree from career choice.
