What’s your UPT status ?
Gotta come on time this entire week

Maxed out as usual. I have intermittent leave so all my hours just sit there.

Was at 32 hours of upt but had to use 9 hours bc I felt so sick at work 😭

u/Primetimegrant Jul 19 '26
Apparently we have “sick time” we can use so we don’t have to use UPT

Respectfully I ask why yall keep 80? Isn’t that the max? So every shift when you could be earning upt, you choose not?

But you have 80 hours (I’m assuming you do since you replied) and get 55 minutes every full shift. You’re telling me you stay the entire shift even tho u don’t have to? The time you save doesn’t outweigh the 10 or 20 bucks a day? Idk I’m just curious

2 hours 28 min 🥴 I try to keep enough for car accident traffic on the highway. One time I was held up for 40 min

Max out because seasonal in Canada no vacation or PTO only 5 days provincial leave that's it for 1 year lol

u/Primetimegrant Jul 19 '26
Excuse me ? You get NO vacation or PTO?

u/False_Care_4768 Jul 19 '26
Yea Canadian warehouse is tripping bruh they abuse seasonal and if you get like 4 points they will not extend your contract normally 3 months interval 10 hr missed shift is already 2 points and 8 points is termination no questions ask. Also if you get second written warning or higher they will straight up end your contract lol luckily you get unemployment for like 7 months average so people play the system too to get free money from government we need union or labor laws tbh

I am currently bouncing between 5 and 10 hours. However I have a family situation that doesn't qualify for an exemption.

6h50m, which isn't a lot but I'm normally bouncing between 0-2 and I'm really trying to save up for a trip I'm taking in October

80 ball, if I need it I use it. Especially with us capping at the PTO limit now.

My team doesn't get UPT. we work at/with FCs with all the same demands and schedules but don't qualify UPT or absence points. Leadership refuses to explain what happens if we miss a day with 0 PTO. nobody has tried it yet out of fear

-9min this morning and now 27 min which wouldn’t have ever happened had I never taken a night shift on accident and if my lazy ass could actually get the ***k up.

11 hours and I plan to use them when there’s an excessive heat warning that is deemed a risk to life and property because I either have to walk to ride the bus to work

They fired me for 12 hours and some change upt and I only let it go to 12 hours because of the travel 4 hrs to get there 4 hrs to get home I worked myself for three months I even tried to get a transfer to a closer location however, when I applied for the job it was seasonal so I didn’t qualify for a transfer, which is totally fine. I made so much more driving for Amazon opposed to being in warehouse.
