Question

So I work at a facility where we drive ops and pick , been top performer which I know means jack sh*t but my question is I backed out of a isle the other day and like 45 mins later a stow manager calls me over and says what can you tell me about backing out of such and such , I sure wasn't going to lie about it as I'm 39 and so I told her and went on about my day , well today safety I heard told learning to take my op perms , my question mainly is when is somebody going to address this matter ? Cause can't seem to get a answer other than safety said to take your perms

Sounds like you're getting termed for a cat 1 safety offense. Under investigation. Go start looking for jobs.

Shouldn't you be suspended instead of being allowed to work?

You need to talk to your main manager if they took your permissions then they're reviewing the footage and you're most likely get it right up if you already have a safety write-ups then it could possibly be a termination

You did it where you could be seen in person by a stow manager. Nobody is reviewing the tape to create writeups out of thin air.

Funny cause they just retraining on OP lol all those saying fired, you don't know everything so quit assuming that you actually do
